Aviatron, Inc. is a certified 145 repair station specializing in pneumatic component repair and maintenance while utilizing their unique Designated Engineering Representative (“DER”) repair and Parts Manufacturer Approval (“PMA”) capabilities. EXPERT STAFF

No matter how experienced, each of our technicians is required to complete full OEM Factory Aircraft Familiarization Course on most components overhauled or repaired at Aviatron in addition to receiving continuing education to keep up with our changing industry.

REDUCING TURN AROUND TIME

In this business, there is no time for downtime. That is why we are relentless about reducing Turn Around Time. We understand that operators need greater availability of spares as well as a reduction of spares in inventory. For that reason, our Turn Around Time on most components is 8 – 10 days.

We endeavor to provide our customers with the highest quality, lowest cost, component overhauls in the industry. Our in-house engineering and PMA Development teams allows us to be clearly focused on individual customer requirements and solutions.

Currently, we have PMAs and DERs on Air Cycle Machines for the CRJ-200, 700 & 900, Dash 8, Q400, Saab 340, Beach 1900, Embraer 120 & 145, Airbus 319, 320 & 321. We also have PMA, DER and R/S DER repairs on several other components such as Air Starters, Starter Generators, Pneumatic Valves, Strobe Lights and several other components.
