SPRINGVILLE, Utah - September 29, 2005 - Wencor™ announced today that it has entered into a long-term exclusive distribution agreement with AeroSpares™, Inc. The agreement is far reaching and includes provisions for joint development of additional FAA approved replacement parts.
AeroSpares manufactures switches, transducers, bellows, harnesses and a variety of electro-mechanical components with increased reliability and a price that provides significant savings to customers.
