Wencor and EXTEX end distribution and development agreement.
SPRINGVILLE, Utah - May 12, 2005 - Wencor and EXTEX
today announced that they have mutually agreed to terminate their exclusive distribution agreement.
The decision was based on changing business strategies and was mutually agreed upon by the parties. Wencor will retain its existing inventory and will continue to sell EXTEX parts to its customers until the inventory is depleted. Wencor, a member of the Aero Technologies Group
